Here are our most frequently asked questions
What are drop off and pick up details?
  • Drop off and pick up are from Tuggeranong, ACT.
  • Drop off days are Tuesdays 9am to 4pm and Fridays 9am to 12pm
  • Pick up Monday to Friday 9am till 4pm
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, however a rush order fee will be charged (cost varies pending quantity). Please note, timeframes will be impacted should the customer delay the proofing process.
How long do clothing orders take?
For clothing:

  • Express is available. Please note a rush fee will be applied and the logo must be in EMB, SVG or Vector format.
  • Standard turnaround – 14 business days
  • Express and standard time frames will be impacted should the customer delay the proofing process.
  • Orders will not commence until payment as (per our terms and conditions) have been received
What sort of file do you need?
EMB, SVG or Vector. We can accept PNG or JPEG but they may incur a set up cost to have them made ready for print or embroidery.
Do you provide shipping?
Yes! This will be calculated and agreed upon with the customer.
Can I supply my own clothes?

Yes! However, our machines are set up to work specifically with the brands we use – so while every care will be taken, we take no responsibility for machine damage to supplied garments.

I don’t have a logo yet – where can I get one?

From us! Book a meeting with our graphic designer to talk through your ideas and they’ll create one for you.

I just need one shirt – can you do that?

Absolutely! We don’t have a minimum order requirement – we will work with you to make your design come to life
